Purposed Beginnings LLEP Christian Child Care is a home based service. Purposed Beginnings is a Legally Licensed Exempt Provider, this means I am not required to have an Indiana child care license to offer child care in my home.
My child care ministry allows for focused involvement with no morethen 5 children total, regardless if the care is required on different shifts.
Although I am not licensed, I have chosen to abide by the Indiana rules, laws & regulations that licensed home providers are required to meet which are within my ability. At your request I can provide you with information to review Indiana requirements for Licensed & Legally Licensed Exempt Home Providers (LLEP).
Purposed Beginnings is a family child care service. Although I have many preschool projects I do with the children, I do not run my child care service as a preschool. We have a family setting; I strive to teach the children life skills based on the Six Pillars of Good Character which are: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship. I feel these skills are mandatory before children enter a school setting. In fact, area schools have incorporated the Six Pillars of Good Character into their code of conduct & curriculum. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, quality care in a Christian home environment. As a Christian child care home my goal is to exemplify our love for Christ in our daily lives through modeling & teaching Biblical principles found in the Gospel. I primarily focus on establishing a nurturing atmosphere that promotes each child's social & emotional well-being. I am committed to the families we serve by offering support, resource information & encouragement....
