Ms. Jen is a wonderful person, when I first met her I explained my situation (divorce) and she was very kind and helpful. I had visited other school before PDS with my daughter and the school my daughter chose was PDS. The teachers at this at school are passionate about their job and so kind. Myexperience has been nothing but positive, PDS really cares about me and my daughter, I have never felt judged by them and anytime I need help with something they give me the support I need.
With this said I can tell you without hesitation that I give them 5 stars.

My child has attended First Congregational Preschool for a year. We were initially drawn to this preschool because they have integrated, interest based classrooms. In addition to being nationally accredited and having to meet the appropriate standards, the preschool provides many extra curricularactivities for the children and families to enrich their development in all areas of learning. The teachers are very knowledgeable and are able to adjust to meet the individual needs of the students and help them feel comfortable amongst their peers. My child needed a place that could meet him where he was and help him grow and First Congregational Preschool has been a wonderful, safe environment for him to achieve this. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have him attend this preschool....

Turtle Tales is a Licensed Family Childcare operating like a Multi-Age Preschool / Pre-K where all ages are kept together to get the full spectrum oflearning opportunities. We do a multi-age preschool program through Mother Goose. Children learn through play and by doing, we give them plenty of opportunities to do both.
Our Program is unique because it gives the children a chance to learn from each other. The younger kids learn from the older kids and the older kids learn patience and tolerance from the younger kids. There are many hidden life lessons that can only be learned in this kind of setting, much like a one room school house did for past generations. "After being on KidWorks’ waitlist since we first moved to Gainesville, we were thrilled the day their director, Julie, called to say they had openings for both our 1 year old and 2 year old daughters. With our previous daycare experience, it was obvious that ourchildren’s needs were not being met, not even the most basic. With KidWorks, our children have not only been well-cared for in a safe and clean environment, but they have been loved and cherished. And it’s not just because of one teacher, or one class. Everyone there knows your children by name and is always willing to help make their day better. They love the children like their own and really do a tremendous job at making them feel safe while also empowering them.
It is such a close-knit environment because of the small size of the school which fosters very strong bonds amongst the students who, regardless of age, greet each other by name and even recognize the faces of their friend’s parents. My oldest two who have since graduated from KidWorks still hang with their “KidWork’s Crew.”
Something that we really appreciate at Kidworks is the consistency in care. It is difficult to find employee longevity within early childhood education because of the overwhelming demands of the job. We have had at least one of our kids enrolled at Kidworks continuously since 2018 (our youngest is now 4) and throughout our tenure they have continued to keep an absolutely all-star team of teachers who genuinely love what they do, and love the children as well.
