Hi! I am a mother of four grown children and a recently retired law enforcement officer. My Dad, who was a wonderful man, was a full leg amputee with onset dementia. I was very involved with his care that he needed. Some of the care that I provided him was assisting with bathing, transferring from the bed to his wheelchair,wheelchair to toilet, setting up his daily medication, medication prompting, along with daily exercising and keeping him engaged.
