Hello, my parents used to run a community based residential facility for the elderly in Sheboygan Wisconsin. I grew up sorting pills, making meals and cohabiting with 4-6 elderly residents of all makes and models. I can play canasta, spades, euchre, cribbage, scrabble and learn almost any game. If the games aren't happening somuch anymore then we can go for a ride in the wheelchair. I will take the cues from the seniors. I have always loved elderly people because they are at the time of their lives when they get to be their true authentic selves. I can handle the cranky ones too. As the oldest kid in my entire family since very young I was always the designated sitter for my cousins and my little brother. Every career I ever wanted to be growing up always revolved around a caretaker's goal.
