Hello, I am looking for a full time nanny starting in March 2025 when I return to work after my maternity leave ends. We would need someoneavailable on all the weekdays (Monday-Friday from about 7:30 AM-4:30 p.m. or so). We are potentially open to have someone start part time in Feb 2025 to transition. My daughter will be ~6 months old. I live with my husband in a 3-bedroom apartment currently. This is our first child, and we have no pets. My husband is a hybrid of working from home and in the office. I for the most part work from home but sometimes go into the office and frequently run errands during day on a lighter workday and will be in and out of the place. We currently live in Boonton but may be moving to Kinnelon around April or so to a house 15 minutes from our current place (to be determined). For us we value someone who cares for our daughter with enthusiasm and passion and will engage with her during the day and care for her outside of the usual needs (feeding, changing, etc). - we appreciate creativity with play time and interaction and would love for her to have some outdoor time too (walks in stroller). Safety is also a priority (CPR certified).
