She spends only quality time with her, much of it outdoors, and engages in her sense of curiosity andwonder. She initiates creative art projects, takes her on walks, reads with her, makes healthy snacks and is constantly in conversation with her so that she can learn about all that she is experiencing in her environment. My daughter has learned quickly with Becky, and began speaking in multi-word sentences before she was 18 months. Becky provides guidance with kindness that is empowering and respectful of the child's needs, emotional and developmental level. As a parent that raised my child with attachment parenting, I wanted the most intentional environment for her during the hours I had to attend to other work. "We love Taylor! She started caring for our boys a year ago, and they have been so lucky to have such a warm, kind, and energetic nanny. Our boys were 8 months old and 2.5 years old when she started with us (they're now 1.5 and 3.5 yrs old), and they completelyadore her. She watches them for 25 hours per week, and handles their nap times, meals, and outings. She is such a natural with children, and has incredible intuition. Nothing fazes her. She has been very cautious about Covid, and graceful handling the restrictions and limits. We trust her absolutely. Our kids are starting in preschools now, otherwise we'd be with Taylor for as long as she'd have us. She has provided an excellent level of care, day in and day out. "Emily was so wonderful with our son (2) and daughter (almost 6) while we were in the area for a wedding. "Courtney is an exceptional nanny. She watched our 1.5 year old 3 days a week and was always so engaged and active with her. She came up with a ton of creative activities to do both inside and outside the house. And she works very independently while incorporatingany suggestions that we had. She helped us troubleshoot struggles that our little one was having - like adjusting nap schedules and introducing a wider variety of foods. And Courtney was always extremely patient and caring.
