"I have no complaints! We hired Katie back in November 2020 and she took great care of our son from 8-14 months. Hiring during the Covid pandemic was tough but it was an area where Katie stood out. She was extra cautious and communicative regarding her health and any testing. She was happy to wear her mask and had a good home environment for Covid safety.
Katie was also very communicative when it came to punctuality/attendance. She always arrived right on the dot and if there was an instance where she was going to be even just 5 minutes late, she'd let us know.
