"Nana was such a blessing to my family when we first moved here from Texas.My husband and I are first time parents moving across the country with a 5 month old infant and had little luck finding an affordable ,good center we could trust with our infant child. Aftergetting a referral from an acquaintance about Nana's ,we immediately checked it out and fell in love with her ,the staff, and the facility. Nana is very engaging and pleasant when interacting with the children as well as the parents and she also does a very good job in aiding in the development of all the children no matter the age . Ms Kristina and her staff are extremely patient and loving to both of my kids (one started going at 20 months and one at 3 months). "Rejection is an evil slap in the face apparently. Every single review that is dated within the last 24 hours aimed at torching a good person and a great program, is demonic at best. Shame on the sites in which these are posted for not vetting the obvious garbagespewed hatred that is probably false. Call off the pitchfork posse as this is just deliberate slander at this point. I'm sorry to hear a child did not have the unique and individualized experience that they solely require, but I think someone has forgotten that it's not their organization to run. It's not their structure to implement. When you place your child with Ms. Hope, there's a trial period that you are well aware of before you agree to start. You agree to pay two weeks up front for the spot, receive a receipt for your payment, and sign a contract going in that you are aware that the two weeks are non-refundable. It should be criminal to spend this much energy burning Ms. Hope's reputation and trusted business to the ground for selfish pleasure. Unacceptable. Ms. Hope has had our child for a year and a half now and I would recommend her structure to anyone. Our child loves getting up and going to "school" every day, and has recently asked to go earlier in the day to spend even more time there. She's flourishing day after day. Ms. Hope should be celebrated not attacked for one obviously fabricated story of an interaction. Thank you Ms. Hope, and I can only hope those with logical brains in their heads can read past the bugs on the windshield spreading a clearly false story in an effort to hurt you and your family.
