I have done senior care on and off for many different family members over the years that took ill and could no longer take care of themselves. I did things such as prepare meals, help with getting them dressed, running errands, taking them to doctor's appointments,caring for wounds as prescribed by doctor, managing medication, or plain old keeping them company for the day. I believe that seniors are special and should be treated that way. I find there are not enough people out there that really care to make the difference. I would like to be the person that makes them feel as though they still count and that they are not just a burden to others.
