Let's Get Fit After School Program How it works: Parents would register their child or children and complete an orientation. Each child would be evaluated and placed in classes based on age and skill. After they complete homework children would participate in classes that will get themphysically fit while having fun. Children will be required to keep a food journal listing the types of food that they eat daily. After 8 weeks of working in a particular class, everyone will be evaluated. After evaluation, if they meet the proficiency level, they will be moved to the next stage. If they do not, they will remain in that level for an additional 8 weeks and then be reevaluated.
