"Leham is currently nannying 4 days a week for my 18 month old and twin newborn daughters, and has nannied for us for the last 10 months. She is dependable, calm, patient, and to say she's an extension of my husband and myself is an understatement. My husband and Iboth work demanding careers, and there's never a time that Leham wasn't flexible with our long work hours, which often meant she was feeding dinner or bathing and putting to bed our 18 month old. She was even dynamic enough to take on our twin newborns once I delivered in November. In addition to bathing and feeding, Leham has aided in our daughters' motor and verbal development from the beginning of employment, and is the sole reason our eldest daughter is proficient in the basic sign functions as eat, all done, milk, etc, and has mastered words such as dad,mom, eat, and animal recognition (including sound) like dog, cat, bird, etc. Lastly, Leham's patience and calmness, specifically when under presser or in emergency circumstances is unparalleled. There was an incident where I left something on the stove while tending to one of my newborn twins while bathing my eldest daughter (I'm sure all mothers of multiples can relate to being absent minded), and Leham was calming another twin, and the item on the stove caught fire- and the way I knew was Leham calmly told me she put out the fire. We cleaned up the aftermath together, but I was very impressed-and appreciative- of Leham's quick action and calmness in handling an emergency. Attention to safety and development of young children, flexibility in adapting to a families life changes, in addition to be trustworthy and dependable make Leham the best nanny, especially for newborn/infant/toddler children. Leham has a key to my house, is in communication with my parents in case of emergencies/not being able to reach my husband or myself-just really a replication of a month early figure while we are away, which has helped this anxious mama who is working on site.... show more
