Xavier Dolan

Xavier Dolan (born March 20, 1989) is a Canadian director, writer, actor, producer and voice actor.
Son of actor Manuel Tadros, he started acting very young, playing in several TV commercials and TV series.
He received international acclaim in 2009 with his first film I Killed My Mother, which he also starred in, wrote, and produced. Since, he has written and directed 9 films and series including Mommy, The Death and Life of John F. Donovan and The Night Logan Woke Up. He has won multiple rewards for his films. He also directed music videos, notably with Adele for Hello and Easy on Me. Aside from his own films, he has starred in films from other directors, such as Elephant Song, Boy Erased, Bad Times at the El Royale and It Chapter Two.
Xavier Dolan is also active in dubbing, an activity he appreciates very much. He is notably the Canadian French voice of Taylor Lautner, Josh Hutcherson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Eddie Redmayne and Dylan O'Brien. He dubbed Rupert Grint in the Harry Potter films. In animation, his roles include the battle droids in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Skiff in Planet 51, Hiccup in the How to Train Your Dragon saga and Buzz Lightyear in the eponymous film.
