Silvio Anselmo

Silvio Anselmo (born March 2, 1936) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Larry the Scientist in Howard the Duck, Comic Book Guy and Captain McCallister in The Simpsons, Scruffy in Futurama, Colonel Hogan in Hogan's Heroes and Bud in Doug, among others.
