Nemesis Grimlock is a Decepticon from the Age of Extinction portion of the movie continuity family.

Nemesis Grimlock (ネメシスグリムロック Nemeshisu Gurimurokku) is a hugely powerful Transformer, and he exerts that power in the service of just one 'bot: Nemesis Prime, the berserker clone of Optimus Prime. Nemesis Grimlock exists only to serve and protect his master, and can use his Tyrannosaurus rex mode to blast his foes with pressurized carbon dioxide.

Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Nemesis Grimlock and Nemesis Prime were at the Transformers Expo, where they stepped up to aid another Nemesis Prime against the Autobot forces in the Expo. After a crisis involving the other Nemesis Prime's internal Dark Energon was abated, Nemesis Grimlock's partner Nemesis Prime had a ride on the dinosaur. Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Nemesis Grimlock is a Transformers Expo exclusive redeco of the Age of Extinction Voyager Class Grimlock toy, transforming into a mechanical Tyrannosaurus with articulated horns, and a button-activated, spring-loaded chomping jaw. He comes with a spiked maul that he can hold via the smaller 5mm handle at the top of its haft. The maul's head and handle are two separate pieces, and the weapon can slide on to his tail to store in dino mode as an incredibly long tail extension.
