Minoru Inaba (稲葉 実 Inaba Minoru, November 8, 1951) is a Japanese voice actor. He works for Ken Production and is mainly known for his Japanese dub roles, some of which include Dale in Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Pesto in Animaniacs, Lott Dod in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Tomar-Re in the Green Lantern movie, Buzz Lightyear in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, and Ned Flanders and Moe Szyslak in both The Simpsons & The Simpsons Movie.

Along with his fair share of anime such as Mr. Iwamoto in Yu Yu Hakusho, Mr. Fuji in Pokémon Origins, Oigul in Macross, Prince Philionel El Di Seyruun in Slayers, and Mr. Sakaguchi in Fighting Spirit.
