Luis Miguel Pérez Ruiz (born December 2, 1965) is a Venezuelan singer and voice actor. He has dubbed a number of cartoon characters, including Cat in the animated series CatDog, Valtor in Winx Club, Plankton and Larry the Lobster in SpongeBob SquarePants, Skulker in Danny Phantom, Cinnamon J. Scudworth in Danny Phantom, Brain and Mad Mod in Teen Titans, Smytus from My Life as a Teenage Robot, Duane from Home Movies, Eddie from Squirrel Boy, Commander ApeTrully in Hero: 108, K.O. Joe from Chop Socky Chooks, The Scotsman in Samurai Jack, and Superman in both Justice League and a number of animated films. As for anime, he voiced Paul Wan in GetBackers, Kiritsugu Emiya in Fate/stay night, the robot Metabee in Medabots, and Optimus Prime in Transformers: Armada, Energon and Cybertron.

Apart of voicing characters, he also sung theme songs for various shows, most notably, Danny Phantom, Total Drama Island, Animal Mechanicals, and Jay Jay the Plane. He is married to voice actress Rebeca Aponte.
