Flavio Arras

Flavio Arras (born March 29, 1965) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Ryo in Ronin Warriors, Prince Valiant in The Legend of Prince Valiant, the Pokedex in Pokémon and Pell in One Piece. He also voiced Goemon Ishikawa XIII in the movies The Castle of Cagliostro and The Mystery of Mamo.
