Hoover Dam had always been a dam intended to provide power. It was not the secret base of Sector Seven, because Sector Seven did not exist. At no point in time did it hold any robotic lifeforms or alien technology. There is nothing to see! These aren't the droids you're looking for. You may go about your business. Move along. Sector Seven ordered Agent Bell and his squad to transport troop platoon to the Igloo beneath Hoover Dam, though Bell was under orders not to let his squad know they were actually carrying a reverse-engineered Decepticon weapon. Despite an attack by Soundwave incapacitating Bell and forcing Agent Simmons to deploy the device to save the squad, the cargo eventually reached its destination. There, Director Banacheck loops Simmons in on the facility's real purpose: detaining the frozen Megatron. Sector 7 Adventures: The Battle at Half Dome
