We offer seasonal teppan dishes using fresh ingredients. Our recommended dish, which allows you to casually enjoy teppan cuisine and the deliciousness of Shiga, is the "Omi Beef Sirloin Teppan Steak." Our experienced staff will skillfully grill it for you. We offer about six types of sake from Shiga, and with additional selections from outside the prefecture, we have around 15 varieties in total. We also have local sake produced nearby. Our wines are carefully selected by the sommelier from a wine shop we have a relationship with, ensuring they pair perfectly with our dishes. We provide a wide range of bottled wines, with eight varieties each of red and white.
