Our fish, which are caught with a rod by the owner who loves fishing, are extremely fresh as they are immediately prepared by removing the blood.◎4 to 5 species of fish, such as bonito, tilefish, and rockfish, change daily depending on fishing conditions. “Sashimi” is the best! It's full of volume, has a firm texture, and allows you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients. Enjoy with sweet Kyushu soy sauce. Most of the a la carte menu items are a great value at 380 yen! "Kamameshi" and "Simmered dish" are also recommended.
