The breed “Satsuma Chiran-dori” is surprisingly kept for 450 days. Regular chicken takes 4 to 50 days, and local chicken takes up to 120 days. At our store, we buy whole chickens that have been carefully raised for about 4 to 10 times as long. Because it is prepared at the store, it is extremely fresh!
