We offer ``Authentic Shochu Suishin no Kokoro Shiimo'', which retains the taste of traditional shochu but has a sweet aroma. By blending unblended sake made from two types of sweet potatoes, Shiyu and Kogane Sengan, the sweet aroma is enhanced. Enjoy this dish that perfectly combines the gentle flavor of white koji and the powerful flavor of black koji. We also have sweet potato shochu from Kagoshima Prefecture, which has an eye-catching original Oshima bottle design, and standard beer such as Yoshinogawa from Niigata Prefecture.
