The name "REMONE" is an acronym made up of the initials of Restaurant, Mix, and Old & New, and this spirit has been carried over into the current renewal. By mixing (Mix) traditional Japanese patterns and colors (Old) with new materials and methods (New) and reconstructing them, we have created Restaurants with a unique atmosphere.

From breakfast to dinner, All-you-can-eat buffet and tapas that change depending on the time of day are served from a lively open kitchen.
