Ebisu main store opened in 2008 and celebrated its 11th anniversary. In the kitchen, owner and chef Takesei Kinoshita has continued to create dishes that bring smiles to customers' faces from a creative perspective, without being bound by the framework of French cuisine, with the idea of "putting one's heart and soul into each meal." The food that is prepared on the iron plate in front of you has gained the support of customers, and now operates French cuisine, iron plate Bistro, Italian Cuisine, authentic Japanese Japanese-style meal, and a retail restaurant. In 2020, we opened "Grand BleuGamin", a private villa with only 5 rooms on Miyakojima.

Restaurants offers a menu full of originality based on French cuisine cuisine and arranged with ingredients from Miyakojima. For dinner, we also offer original courses for 15,000 yen, where you can enjoy Teppan-yaki French cuisine cooked right in front of you at the counter in a lively style, as well as a la carte dishes. We provide carefully selected ingredients of the day using the recommended cooking method of the day. Visitors can also use it for lunch and dinner.

We have an impressive wine cellar that can store 200 bottles. We always have 20 types of bottled wine and 5 types of glass wine available. We also recommend pairings that are carefully selected to match the dishes. Enjoy it with your meal. There is also a bar on the second floor, where you can relax and enjoy seasonal fruit cocktails, standard cocktails, and rare old malts.
