The meat we sell is of high quality, sourced from Asahiya, a Matsuzaka beef specialty store. We only use the rarer fillet, Chateaubriand. It has a firm marbling and is characterized by a marbled sweetness that you can enjoy. We also offer three types of dipping sauces: miso sauce made with Hatcho miso, Okinawan sea salt, and sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. It is also delicious simply topped with wasabi and salt.
