We also recommend our "Hormone Stir-Fry," where the pork offal is marinated in our homemade spicy sauce! Topped with an egg yolk, it adds a creamy richness. Additionally, we take great care in our rice selection, using Kinu Hikari from Kyoto's Tanba region. The rice, cooked in a traditional gohan pot, has a slightly firm texture that pairs perfectly with our dishes!
