Our specialty is this grilled gyoza. It has no unpleasant smell, and the juicy and sweet meat juice spreads in your mouth! We offer three types of grilled gyoza: the classic, yuzu pepper flavored, and a version filled with perilla leaves and cream cheese. We also take pride in our dipping sauces... Please enjoy our original sauce, made with black vinegar and a blend of several fermented ingredients, as well as a simple vinegar and pepper sauce.

The original sauce, which the owner has made himself, is different from the shrimp mayonnaise of other restaurants and has a slightly adult taste with just the right amount of spice! It is served with plenty of plump shrimp.
