Food Sesame beef and grated yam (starts June 1st)
From sesame sea bream, which is overwhelmingly popular among Japanese-style meal, to sesame beef. After cooking high-quality Japanese black beef thigh meat at low temperature, it is fragrant over an open flame and finished with a special sesame miso soy sauce sauce. The Japanese black beef, Kyoto Kujo green onions, and plenty of grated yam make for a truly exquisite dish.

It began in the early Edo period when pottery was made using Amakusa porcelain stone and clay produced on Amakusa Island. The far infrared rays emitted from the ceramic plate make the food plump and juicy, just like charcoal fire. Please enjoy the aroma of the ceramic plate and the deliciousness of the wagyu beef.
Food Wagyu rib Sukiyaki
In the mid-Edo period, there was a dish in Kansai called "fish suki" or "oki suki," in which shellfish and fish were grilled on a farm tool called a hoe instead of a hot plate. Beef grilled on the hoe came to be called "sukiyaki," and this was the birth of the now familiar beef Sukiyaki. Enjoy with our special warishita sauce.
