We are particular about using carefully selected authentic ingredients such as fresh seafood and meat, and our soup stock uses Rishiri kelp and freshly shaved bonito flakes from Takagi Katsuobushi Store. Recommended dishes include the grilled mackerel sushi, which won an award at the Itami ATE-1 Grand Prix, an event where people compete for the best ate, and Sushi sea bream chazuke, which is perfect as a finishing touch.
