This is a course where you can enjoy rare Japanese lamb, which accounts for only 0.6% of domestic distribution. You can taste various cuts, and the freshly cooked rice in a clay pot pairs perfectly with the meat. The course also includes the famous drinkable Jingisukan and grilled lamb from the grasslands, as well as Sapporo miso ramen for the finale, making it highly recommended for first-time customers.
