Restaurant highlights |
[8 minutes walk from Sakae Station!] You can enjoy Taiwanese Mazesoba, a popular Shin-Nagoya specialty!
The "Taiwanese Mazesoba" is a perfect match of our special chewy thick noodles, spicy sauce and special minced meat, and for customers who don't like spicy food, our "Signature Mazesoba (Soupless nood
...les)" is a popular choice, with the aroma of dried shrimp and dried scallops. We recommend adding garlic as a topping to the Mazesoba and adding kelp vinegar halfway through to make the flavor more mellow. The "Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)" that comes free of charge at the end of the meal allows you to mix the remaining ingredients and sauce with rice after eating the noodles! We use eggs from "Tamago Mura", which are nutritious feed in the nature-rich Obara district of Aichi Prefecture and raised with the love of experienced managers. We also recommend topping our light, collagen-rich "Salt Ramen" with butter for a rich flavor!
