After that, try adding homemade onion sauce to taste the change in taste. It's easy to eat because it doesn't use fillers, and is a must-have for rare lovers. There is also a grill, so you can grill it to your preference. The meat is grilled over charcoal to make it crispy and fragrant on the outside.
Food A hearty fillet Steak aged using our own in-house aging method.
Aging brings out the maximum flavor of the meat. Enjoy with a simple seasoning of salt and pepper, topped with special butter. At about 200g, it's very voluminous, but many women, even women, can eat it in one go. Crispy on the outside and rare on the inside.
