The exam to obtain this qualification is a narrow opportunity that only occurs once in a lifetime. You will not be able to pass the exam unless you are recognized as an inheritor of the authentic Austrian food culture, inheriting the traditions of the prosperous Habsburg family. The dishes created by Chef Kanda, who successfully overcame this hurdle, are truly works of art. Please enjoy the chef's taste with a luxurious course meal.
