David Faugno ,Co-CEO

David Faugno is the co-CEO at 1Password and brings 30+ years of global financial and business operations experience.

David was most recently a Venture Partner at Accel Partners. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, both as Chief Financial Officer and in the Office of the CEO, at Qualtrics, the leader in experience management. Before joining Qualtrics, he served as the CFO of Barracuda Networks, Senior Director of Corporate Finance – M&A at Cisco Systems, and held sales and finance roles at AT&T, including CFO of AT&T EMEA. David has served on several private and public company boards and is currently the Audit Committee Chair of BrowserStack and Eagle Eye Networks.

David’s extensive experience has earned him significant recognition, including 2012 Francisco Partners Portfolio CFO of the Year and 2013 Silicon Valley Business Journal CFO of the Year. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Duke University. David and his wife have three children and love to travel and spend time outdoors.
