Value of a lottery ticket in WAR
A million people each pay 1$ for a lottery ticket, with the winner getting the whole million $.
Before the drawing, what is the value of each ticket? After the drawing what is the value of each ticket?
Before the drawing, what is the value of the ticketholder? After the drawing what is the value of the ticketholder?
In other words, WHEN is the value determined? And WHO earns that value?
