RE24
This is a good explanation and look at RE24.
(The only thing to ignore there is when he talks about percentages, comparing RE24 to wRAA. Never, and I mean NEVER, ever, compare two numbers that are marginal numbers by dividing them. An RE24 of +10 compared to a wRAA of +20 is not the same thing as +100 to +200. It should be obvious if you see an RE24 of +1 and you compare to a wRAA of +2. You can take the difference of the two marginal numbers, and divide by PA if you want, but not by each other. Probably my biggest bugaboo as to how numbers are manipulated.)
Anyway, this issue stuck out in an otherwise very fine column.?
