Player Tribute Montage
I think the first individual player video tribue montage that I saw was Mark Messier in New York (Messier was then a player with the Canucks, and the Rangers paid tribute to The Captain who brought them their first Cup since 1940). For all I know, it was the very first one ever. And more than likely, the first one ever for an opposing player. After that, these individual tributes started coming out of the woodwork, and I love them all.
This being the internet, we also have fan tributes to individual players, much in the form of gifs. Here's one for Brendan Ryan.?
