This week in golf bullying
Apparently, slow play is a big problem. But not big enough that they actually do something about it. But, they decided to make an exception today: let's give it to the 14-yr old amateur that is playing tremendous.?
The LPGA however at least takes it seriously enough, that they go after a player in a semi-final.
If the rule is two warnings, and then put on the clock (like the LPGA seems to do), then fine. That's what they do. But, the arbitrary, biased, and capricious method of the PGA? That's the problem. And, I have no idea if it was actually arbitrary and capricious. I just find that that's a conclusion easy to reach, given how the players complain about the slow play in PGA, that EVERY single player, after two warnings would never get that penalty. Nope, I don't believe that. Therefore: capricious.
Except for the kid. Let's pick on the kid.
