Numerator in wOBA
?bb + 1b + 2b + 3b + hr
= ?bb*.7 + 1b*.9 + 2b*1.25 + 3b*1.6 + hr*2

bb excludes IBB and includes hit batters
So, when you are trying to create your wOBA equation for whatever league, level, etc, just make sure that you choose coefficients (,7, .9, 1.25, 1.6, 2) to make the above equation true.
