Minor League Park Factors
Matt Eddy over at Baseball America does the work, and gives us the results.
I'm not entirely sure that he's doing it the "right" way, that is comparing how a team (hitters and pitchers) does at home and away, or if he's just looking at how a team (hitters and pitchers) does at home.? If Matt is out there, please let us know. I think he IS doing it the right way, since his runs factor does not follow the runs per game perfectly.
