- Erling Johannes Norvik (27 April 1899–27 November 1964) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was a member of the Norwegian Parliament and was briefly the acting County Governor of Finnmark county from September 1945 until November 1945 at the end of World War II. (en)

Il fut avant tout un responsable local et régional du Parti conservateur et conseiller municipal de Vadsø (1931-1936) et (1947-1951). De 1950 à 1961, il est élu député au Storting. Il est le père d'Erling Norvik, député et président du Parti conservateur.
