I have $1000-1100 to spend on a new laptop. Said laptop will be used as my work computer, but is also my computer, so I can use it as my primary machine in both places. Please spend my money. [more inside]

New Toshiba Satellite laptop. Every time I turn it on, the hour on the time is different - this morning it was two hours early; I reset it. Now it says 3:49; it's actually 6:49. Why? WHHHHY??
