As an administrator, you can help your users find and add Tenor GIFs to Google Chat messages. You can do this by turning the GIF picker on for your organization, or turn it on for specific groups or departments.

Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.

Go to Menu
Apps > Google Workspace > Google Chat.
Requires having the Service Settings administrator privilege.
- Click GIFs.
- (Optional) To apply the setting to a department or team, at the side, select an organizational unit. Show me how
- Under Allow users to browse and add GIFs using the Tenor GIF integration in Chat, select On or Off.
Note: If you turn the GIF picker off, users might still be able to include GIFs in their Chat messages by uploading GIF files or adding GIFs through apps.
- Click Save.
