Thanks again,I didn't put some rings around them when proving,so the rise is a bit uneven,but I don't mind this more rustic look! I never celebrate Halloween,I just don't know the meaning of it.But it really doesn't matter,it's big celebration in here too,lots of parties going on,food and wine,seems like many people enjoy it!I always interested at festive food too,should have more pumpkin dishes coming!

Happy to hear you like this,I didn't pay to much attention to the look of it,I wanted it rustic and didn't put rings around them during second prove,but luckily they look neat enough.I got the idea from a food blog,and the writer claimed it being very delicious,it was,just not much pumpkin flavor.This is my first time mixing pumpkin paste in bread dough,and you are absolutely right,pumpkin was hardly noticed,I do think making bread with pumpkin paste spread or filling could be better. But other things made up for the lack of pumpkin,I made cinnamon sugar with a portion of 黑糖,I think that's what made it special! While eating these,an flavor came to my mind that could possibly work well with cinnamon rolls,and it's coffee,I will work on this one! で、パンプキンは珍しい。ハロウィンだもんね〜。日本にはハロウィンの習慣はないハズなんだけど、最近はテーマパークやお店を中心にハロウィンを楽しむ風潮が広がっている日本香港はどうなのかな。
