Could not find kabuかぶ in HK,and I replace it with daikon.Also made the tartare with shallot,dill,olive oil,egg yolk ,anchovy, caper, cornichons,green peppercorns.
(エシャロット、ディル、オリーブオイル、卵黄、アンチョビ、ケイパー、コルニション、グリーンコショウ。)
Also serve with cucumber,a lemon creme fraiche and bottarga (キュウリ,レモンクレームフレッシュ,カラスミ)

怎會，你們各位才是高手！比較挑戰性的是切蘿蔔的部份，其實我也做得不理想，厚了一點，其他的都很簡單，觟魚他他是把所有材料伴在一起便可以了，至於蘋果泥，切開了加些檸檬汁，放入微波爐煮熟，然後在攪拌機內攪拌便成。整個過程大概用了四十五分鐘罷了！也謝謝resnap!

其實只是貪玩，滿足一下自己而已，如果時常也擺得像這樣的話，便實在太過份了，我會做一些簡單的！那了晚上就吃了這個，跟一些沙拉菜，比平時用個多小時有飯有菜的晚餐，其實已快了不少。也試過做用上大半天的！盡可能的話，希望做到慢煮慢食，這才是我最理想飲食態度！
