Pros: It does seem to be very versatile, however, the billing glitch and subsequent customer service, or lack of, more than make this a very undesirable product.

Cons: Supposed to be a 7 day free trial! Not true. 10 minutes after I installed software, tried to print a simple document-was prompted to pay $99 in order to print. At this point, they had me-I paid so that I could print. The kicker is-When I tried to print again, It prompted me for payment again. Thinking the first payment failed I ok'd the next payment. Come to find out, this time they charged me $245! And what's even better-I still could not print!! System prompted me for another payment! I immediately Uninstaller and reached out to customer service and have gotten the same one-around response that others here describe.

Overall: I have disputed charges with my CC. I urge everyone to stay away from this company-we will never recommend them after this scammy debacle!

Pros: Compared to the single-digit templates of other software, EdrawMax has a large number of templates for me to choose from. As a programming teacher, these templates have saved me a lot of time and energy and helped me win many awards. I love EdrawMax so much! I would recommend it to all my colleagues!

Cons: Sadly, the app doesn't work on phones or tablets at the moment, and I had to turn on my computer for it when I used the tablet for work, which was quite a hassle. At the same time, EdrawMax often appears after the problem of saving failure, which makes me very angry.

Overall: The software EdrawMax was recommended to me by my good friend, who said that drawing with this software is very simple and fast. Now I have used it for more than two years, and I feel that I can't leave EdrawMax anymore. EdrawMax's rich templates have inspired me, improved my productivity and helped me win many awards for which I am truly grateful. Its exquisite design also makes my pictures more delicate, which makes me stand out from many other works. Although EdrawMax has some small shortcomings, its advantages are more attractive to me, and I strongly recommend that every programmer try to use this software.
