Home Care Services

Senior Watch® provides a full range of home health care services to meet the needs of families caring for aging adults. Services are delivered through scheduled visits by qualified personnel; and services are available 24/7 with a minimum of 3 hours per visit.

Services provided by Personal Support Workers are supervised by a health professional who develops a Care Plan designed to address identified needs of the client.

Home care services provide seniors and their families with customized home management and support services based on their assessed needs. Each client receives compassionate care by screened, trained, bonded, and insured staff.

Our caregivers receive training and continuous skill upgrades at our Learning Centre, Care-Ed. Our facilitators are qualified health professionals with knowledge of the principles of adult learning.
