A family of three weather satellites from EUMETSAT (the European Organization for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites), working in tandem with NOAA satellites, to study atmospheric temperature and humidity, measure wind speed and direction over the ocean, and monitor ozone and other trace atmospheric gases.
