An electronic tongue (e-tongue) consisted of a sensor array of the ion-selective electrode
based on lipid/polymer membranes has been developed. The e-tongue consisted of 8
sensors with gold electrodes and equipped with an Arduino Mega 2560 Microcontroller-
based data acquisition system. The lipid/polymer membranes were fabricated by combining
