PROS: It’s not that expensive based, in my opinion, plus the integration process is so much easier than other software. It gives you visibility of your site traffic and gives you an idea of how your shoppers behave and what causes them to leave.
CONS: Some people had a hard time using the product. It’s hard to teach them because some features are too complex.

PROS: Ideal to use regardless if you have a small or big business. The results that it yields can get your company into places that you’ve never imagined. It allows users and admins to automate certain things like poll surveys, lead generation, check-outs, and email marketing. Also, I couldn’t argue with the data provided because it helps me develop smarter business decisions.
CONS: CS team is sometimes hard to reach. I cannot call them past office hours because I’d be automatically redirected to voicemail service. I’ve also tried integrating Freshmarketer with its bundle products, but I’m still experiencing mild to moderate system issues.
Hands up to this product for its superb analytical abilities that get you from point A to B.

PROS: With Freshmarketer you don’t have to worry about being at a loss for whats’ happening to your website. It gives you a helpful set of metrics that could help you figure out the root cause of the problem. You’d have a clear idea of how often people visit your site and how long do they stay.
CONS: I discovered that Freshmarketer only gathers essential data from business websites. I feel kind of sad because aside from my website, I also advertise my business on Instagram and Facebook. Unfortunately, I could not utilize Freshmarketer to give me the number that I need coming from these two platforms. They told me there is a way to do it, but the process is tedious to learn.

PROS: I started to invest in Freshmarketer because I want to increase my website traffic which was a real challenge for the past six months. I researched for an app and took a good look at the analytics, so I could use it according to my liking and need. It comes with features that would help you determine what your site visitors are specifically looking for and how to give it to them. It comes with a smart user interface that will make any first time user feel comfortable. I also love its integration capabilities which makes it a prime selling point of the product.
CONS: One thing that I don’t like about Freshmarketer is the cost. Let us be realistic about this fact because new companies would think twice about using the product. Some things need fixing to make the program more appealing to their target market.

PROS: Even though the cost of the standalone product is quite steep, I am still saving money each year because it comes with a lot of impressive features. Instead of buying five apps, I’ve realized that I only need Freshmarketing. Now I mainly use it to generate more leads that I could convert into sales and also for getting feedback.
CONS: Based on what I’ve seen so far and the feedback that my team has given me, I could say that this product needs to work more to improve its documentation process. Another thing would be the annual cost which is not considered as a budget-friendly at all.

PROS: It can help you improve your lead generation services by allowing you to transfer your client data from any external source to Freshmarketer. Doing this would be very beneficial in making sure that you can create appointments and do follow-ups religiously.
CONS: I’ve tried the most affordable package from Freshteam, but I realized that it lacks the functionality that I need to increase my sales. So I decided to shell out a little extra for a higher package, and the results were impressive from a business standpoint.

PROS: We decided to push further with the product subscription because of its merging capability with almost all business apps in the market. It shows that it has a high compatibility rate, which for us, is a big bonus. Merging it with Google Analytics has been one of the best decisions that we ever made. Doing this makes it easier for us to monitor our sales trends and customer behavior. The reports that it produces are easily customized to each team member to figure out what’s going on.
CONS: We want to maximize the use of surveys to get ideas on how to improve our products and customer service. However, this feature lacks the consistency that we expect because sometimes it's not working at all. We've got no choice but to report it.

PROS: We never had any difficulties in adapting to how the system works. From the interface to each of the features, everything is easy to figure out. I’m glad that Freshmarketer has contributed so much to the expansion of our business. Results may not be seen right away, but you’ll notice the difference in terms of site visits, inquiries, and sales. I’d recommend the free version for startups, but you can upgrade anytime as you wish to.
CONS: Something that stops people from using the product is the actual cost. They’d go for the free trial at first but wouldn’t continue with the subscription. Hopefully, the people behind Freshmarketer could consider adjusting their pricing to entice more people to avail of a membership.
